Cloudy expanses
and Vietnamese noodles
make relaxing days

An infected wound
over kitty’s right eye drains
more than one expects

More than anyone
Texas heat really loves summer,
hopes it never ends

Trees shift in dry air
and sway like wavering thoughts,
idyllic midday
